
This Saturday 17th May, 2025 marks the highly anticipated start of the Nadroga Netball Association club games for the 2025season!
Twelve clubs from all over Nadroga comprising 32 teams will play across six grades, showcasing the best of netball talent in Nadroga. Over the next seven weeks, these talented athletes will battle it out on the court, demonstrating their skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The games will be played at various venues, ensuring that the excitement is spread across Nadroga. Each match will consist of four quarters, each lasting 10 minutes except for the Super Grade games, which will be full 60-minute games.
Nadroga Netball Association as a sporting organization; is focused on creating the platform for developing young players from the villages of Nadroga. Our primary objective is to nurture these budding athletes, providing them with opportunities to grow and excel in the sport. Through netball, we aim to promote not only physical fitness but also mental well-being, discipline and teamwork. Netball is an excellent way to keep people active, engaged and focused. It teaches valuable life skills such as communication, strategy and resilience. At Nadroga Netball Association, we’re committed to creating an environment where our players can thrive, both on and off the court.
As we embark on this exciting season, we look forward to witnessing the growth and development of our players especially the younger one having introduced the Lewa Hewa grade for netballers aged 14 & Under. We believe that through netball, we can make a positive impact on their lives, helping them become better individuals and contributing members of their communities. The support of our clubs, players, coaches, umpires, and spectators is crucial to the success of our season. As we get underway this Saturday, we’re excited to see the talent, passion, and sportsmanship that Nadroga has to offer.
